Cancellation Policy

This event takes place Tuesday, May 13 – Friday, May 16. We are committed to making this a great conference for our Dynamics User Group community.

What if You Cannot Attend DynamicsCon?

You have up until March 11, 2025, to request a 50% refund for your ticket if you’re prevented from traveling or otherwise decide you’re not comfortable with an in-person event.  Email info@dynamicsusergroup.com to request a refund and cancel your ticket.  If you request a refund between March 12, 2025 and April 10, 2025 we’ll offer a partial credit towards your registration to the next in-person event we offer. After April 10, 2025 no refund or credit towards future in-person events will be offered.

What if Dynamic’s User Group Cancels?

If we cancel, it’ll be because the resort can no longer host our event. In this case, we will postpone and work to reschedule the event. Attendees can either request a refund for your ticket or you can apply it to the postponed DynamicsCon event.
