We've gathered everything you've been wondering or need to know about DynamicsCon 2026 all in one place.

What is DynamicsCon?

DynamicsCon 2026 will be a three-day, multi-track event committed to providing functional and technical user-focused content covering Dynamics GP, Power Platform, and these Dynamics 365 products: Business Central, Customer Engagement, and Finance & Supply Chain. In addition, we aim to offer content on AI, Leadership, Marketing, and more!

This in-person event will be hosted by Dynamics User Group at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas, NV! Join us for networking, fun, and engaging educational content on May 12-15, 2026! 

Why should I attend?

DynamicsCon is a great learning and networking opportunity! With a projected attendance of 3000+ community members, we are offering over 300 sessions led by more than 200 speakers! 

Level up your skills by learning tips and tricks from Veteran DynamicsCon speakers, First Time speakers as well as Microsoft MVPs! Network with over 100 sponsors, enjoy 2 community receptions, lots of snack breaks plus continental breakfasts and lunches. 

What is included in my ticket?

All tickets include access to the Expo Hall, general sessions, breakout sessions, networking opportunities and receptions, entertainment, and food/refreshments.

Does my ticket include the Partner Marketing and Revenue Pre-Day?

The Partner Marketing and Revenue Pre-Day (PMR) is a separate ticket. You can register on the Partner Marketing and Revenue Pre-Day Page of our website.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! Dynamics User Group provides discounts for groups of 5 or more. Contact Kim Nguyen for more details on registering your group.

We also encourage you to keep an eye out on DUG socials – we occasionally run flash sales and discounts!

Are refunds or cancellations allowed?

Our cancellation policy states you have until March 11 to request a 50% refund! Between March 12 and April 10, you can receive a $750 credit towards your next in-person event registration. We will not offer compensation to those who cancel their ticket after April 10.

What meals are included with my ticket?

Your ticket includes daily breakfast and lunch, refreshment breaks, and food and drinks at networking receptions. 

Will there be meals for those with dietary restrictions?

As you register for DynamicsCon, please let us know if you have food allergies or special dietary restrictions. We plan to include vegan and vegetarian options for each meal and will do our best to accommodate other requests.

Are there accessibility accommodations?

The hotel’s guest rooms and meeting spaces are accessible. 

As you register for DynamicsCon, please let us know if you require any specific accessibility accommodations. DUG will do its best to fulfill any advance requests. 

DUG welcomes everyone and strives to ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees.; however, services such as closed captioning, translation, or hearing‑assistance devices are not provided by default, unless special arrangements are requested in advanced. 

What does "Premiering Content" mean?

“Premiering Content” is a session which features a speaker who will debut original content at this event!

When will speaker presentation materials be available to attendees and where can I view them?

Presentation slides provided by the speakers will be made available to you roughly four weeks after the conference ends. You will be able to view them on our website, https://dynamicscon.com once available

Will sessions from DynamicsCon be recorded, and where can I view them?

Sessions from our in-person conference will not be recorded. However, speaker presentation materials will be made available to you 4 weeks after the end of the conference.

Can I RSVP a seat for the sessions?

All sessions will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

What happens if I want to attend more than one session simultaneously?

We recommend the buddy system! Coordinate with a colleague or fellow community member with similar interests and create a mutually beneficial plan to each attend a session. Then, debrief and exchange notes afterward! Remember, speaker presentation materials will also be available shortly after the conference.

Can I get any certifications from attending DynamicsCon?

At this time, Dynamics User Group (DUG) does not provide certifications, credits, or certificates of completion for attending our conferences. Be sure to check with your certifying agency to confirm if DynamicsCon content meets their criteria.

Are there networking opportunities?

DynamicsCon offers multiple opportunities to connect with fellow attendees and build meaningful professional relationships.

Networking events include: 
• Welcome Reception – Tuesday, May 12th 
• Community Reception – Wednesday, May 13th 
• Daily Networking in the Expo Hall – Breakfast, lunch, and morning/afternoon breaks are all hosted in the expo hall to maximize time for conversations and connections 

How do I connect with other attendees before the event?

The conference mobile app offers several features designed to help you connect, including:
• Matchmaking & networking tools that help you find attendees with shared interests.
• Scheduling features that allow you to set up meetups with members of the community.

Another great way to engage ahead of time is through social media, especially LinkedIn, where many attendees and community groups actively connect and share updates. 

Is there a mobile app available?

A mobile app will be available closer to the event date, approximately 1-2 weeks before. It will include helpful features such as agenda, sponsors, networking tools, and updates to support your event experience.

Can I attend virtually?

At this timeDynamicsCon is an in‑person event only. 

What do I need to check in?

Visit the registration desk upon arrival and the staff will look up your registration by name.

Where can I find venue information?

Is parking available at the venue?

Fontainebleau Las Vegas offers both self‑parking and valet parking options.

Is transportation provided?

No, please plan your travel to and from the event accordingly. 

What airports are nearest to the venue?

The nearest major airport is Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), offering convenient access to the venue for both domestic and international travelers.

What should I pack for DynamicsCon?

Can I store my luggage?

The hotel offers limited baggage holding services for the guests. 

Is WiFi available?

Complimentary Wi‑Fi is available throughout the conference, including the meeting rooms, expo hall, and guest sleeping rooms. 

Where is the lost and found?

Any items found or reported missing should be turned in or reported to Fontainebleau Las Vegas Security. 
If you’ve recently lost an item at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, please call 702-678-4460 ext. 84461. 

What is the emergency procedure at the venue?

An emergency evacuation notice will be given by an audible alarm and flashing strobe lights. Guests must listen for and follow any voice instructions over the public address system. Groups cannot take escalators or elevators in an emergency evacuation; only the emergency stair exits. Security will arrive on the scene to direct and assist. Groups must follow all directions issued by Fontainebleau Las Vegas Security.
