There are many tasks assigned to a System Administrator. We could spend all DynamicsCon 2021 going through each of them. Instead, we will highlight a few of the tasks you will use often that make a big impact for your users.
These include working with solutions, modifying system views, creating new system views, editing fields, adding fields, working with forms, editing quick find for entities, updating fields and entities used in global search. This session will be a combination of teaching you how to do these and showing you how to do them in a demo environment.

In this session, I will show you 100% hands on how we can go from zero to plugin base hero for you and your team.
We will start with a project with a few plugins, identify common/duplicated code, unnecessarily verbose code, and code where we simply feel that this could be done so much easier with a little help.
From this, we will create a Plugin Base class and some useful extension methods to SDK classes to finally clean up our plugins and enjoy the beauty of our refactored code.
