In our recent research at Microsoft, we re-discovered a persona that exists in most of our customers, which we are calling Captain. This person is a user within a department or functional area who is responsible for making everything run smoothly for the users within that functional area of Dynamics 365. This consists of configuring, training users, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing their experience.
