Businesses often want to validate data and approve new records before bringing them into FO. When standard workflows don’t exist, this happens outside the system by default. Imagine a new customer workflow process where Alice fills out a new customer template and emails it to Bob. Bob approves and forwards to Cathy who then keys the customer into FO. No process visibility? Duplicate entry? Bogus!
