This session will cover our experiences of deploying Dynamics 365 Field Service for a new organisation, covering common (and not so common) pitfalls, as well as learnings for consultants familiar with the Sales application. There are many nuances to Field Service when compared with other first party apps, as well as a lot of powerful out of the box functionality, both of which are easily missed, our aim is to highlight some of these features, and share our experiences along the way.
