Don’t be the person singing “It’s me, Hi, Im the problem” when your integration project goes off the rails. Here’s my best advice on what you, as an end user, can do to prepare for your integrations. Sadly, there’s no magic wand to wave to integrate two things together; but with some key things in place the process doesn’t have to be painful.
