With Fusion Development you make data from a complex system available and visible in a “simple” Power App, in this case a Customer Portal.
To do this you use Dataverse and Dual-Write.
Since the Customer Portal is a low-code platform, your customer can customize it to their needs.
This way, the customer feels that they don’t need our knowledge and makes it something of their own.
