Getting Started with Service Management (BC)

Session Description

This session will be an introduction to the use cases of the Service Management capability within Business Central. It will cover what is required to use Service and how to do it efficiently. We will start with the basics and explore how you can build out your use of the system as you get more comfortable working within the functionality. The goal of this session would be for attendees to walk away able to set up and test their business processes in the Service Management module (in a Sandbox environment).
