Knowing more about users, how they use your solution if you are ISV, or what they do in the system in general if you are a VAR, can give you additional time to react or improve the functionality. See what you can do with the telemetry. This session, although, with some technical parts is also a presentation of ideas on how you can benefit from using telemetry. I will show the aspect from both perspectives: VAR and ISV.
