Don’t think that resistance to change exists? Self-sabotage, lack of motivation, absenteeism, decrease in productivity are a few indicators of what can happen during the implementation of a project. Resistance to Change does not come with a one size fits all tag. In this session, We will look at the psychology in play when resistance rears its ugly head in a project delivery and identify counteractive measures to adapt to keep the project moving and delivered on time.
