Our topic of presentation is to Create Cases from incoming emails being received and tag it to correct categories, detect sentiments with use of AI. -Create AI classification model for the typical scenarios. -When new incoming email comes then use powerautoamte to read subject and body and integrated with AI model to populate categories and other details. -Use sentiment analysis to detect sentiment. -Create case with prepopulated details and priority. -Auto route the case to respective team as per the Configuration is being selected in Master entity
