Our Story of Moving from Bins to Directed Put-Away and Pick

From the get-go at Terso Solutions, we couldn’t wait to turn on some of the advanced warehousing features in BC, but we soon learned it’s not as easy as checking a couple boxes and restarting the system. Besides the many impacts on system processes, we had a large number of significant changes to consider to how we ran our warehouse. We’d like to share our story – our approach and outcomes, lessons learned, and how things are going now after being live for a few months. We’ll also share a list of critical success factors for when you decide to unpack more warehousing capabilities in BC / NAV.
