The intensity of supply chain chaos is accelerating. While there are medical, economical, and societal crises related to COVID, some unusual trends in consumer buying patterns have also emerged, making it difficult to forecast potential demand.
Companies have seen some products lose demand altogether, yet they cannot keep enough of others in stock. Alternatively, some products have seen hardly any change in consumption. This presentation will highlight how to make organization out of chaos in today’s supply chain world, and explore how the role of supply chain manager is changing.
