Session Description

Evaluating the investment of a modification to standard NAV or BC may sometimes become a myopic decision. This session will be an interactive experience to explore considerations for when it is a good business decision to modify, select an ISV solution or change a process workflow. We will look at how to value each of the options and best practices for building the cost analysis.
