Understanding Manufacturing Costing in Business Central

Session Description

Business Central offers 3 modules to record manufacturing activities: Assembly; Production; and Jobs. In addition there are 3 main (and 2 less frequent) costing methods: FIFO (aka Actual); Standard; and Average. This session will investigate the flow of costs from manufacturing into inventory or cost of sales, and how Work in Process (WIP) and other manufacturing related costs manage.
