In this session, you will learn an overview of Project Operations. Specifically about how to install Project Operations lite deployment – Deal to Proforma Invoicing. This will serve as an introductory course to the Lite deployment of Project Operations. After completing this course, you’re able to plan project-based sales, create accurate project contracts, create projects and manage their progress, book and assign resources, submit time and basic expense entries and approve them, manage the billing backlog and create proforma invoices.
