In 2018 my organization adopted Dynamics 365. Part of the legacy replaced was a custom ecommerce system and after evaluating options we adopted Shopify. We operate a large, multi-store presence with a high transaction volume, multiple customer sourcing strategies, and a need to have 360 degree views of our customer activity. Shopify and Dynamics 365 are good partners together, each innovating on different paths, and with the help of power platform they quite happily journey together :) This session will present an overview of our architecture, successes, and challenges overcome.
