Desktop Flows are one of the latest Power Automate tools from Microsoft – with the promise that almost any user can create their own automation. In this session, you’ll learn some common Desktop Flow scenarios for Dynamics 365 CE users, and how AI Builder can be used to trigger Desktop Flows. We’ll also discuss the reality about what types of users might be good candidates for no-code/low-code flows.
