One of the major strength with D365 Business Central is its seamless capability to work with Microsoft/Office 365 applications - Outlook, Teams and Excel. For the users, the experience is as if they are working on their office application with things happening in Business Central automatically. In this session we should look at how an organization can benefit from the OOB office 365 integration and connector capabilities of Business Central: Approval on Email and and Teams, handling leads and transactions from within Outlook, and using excel for data management
